Job Summary: Performs routine facilities duties with minor building maintenance, repairs and event set up. 

Minimum Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 0 years experience

Licensing Requirements: Valid Driver's License

Hiring Range: $18.00

Job Specific Task List:

  • Performs routine facilities duties to warehouse, grounds and event set up, tear-down work. - (Essential)
  • Operates equipment needed to perform duties. - (Essential)
  • Performs cyclical facilities duties to include moving furniture in classrooms and offices. - (Essential)
  • Assists with grounds work, mowing, weeding and mulching. - (Essential)
  • Prepares rooms for meetings and events as requested. - (Essential)
  • Completes assigned work orders as related to warehouse, grounds and event set up and tear-down. - (Essential)
  • Travel to other campuses as needed. - (Essential)
  • Other duties as assigned. - (Standard)

Job Type: Part-Time (less than 1,000 hours)

If part time, hours per week: Up to 20

Pennsylvania Work Location Requirement: All work, teaching, meetings, and activities related to this position must be performed within the State of Pennsylvania. This position does not offer a remote work option.
