Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to maintain the accuracy and quality of student registration records, performs student and registration processes, and troubleshoots various student account issues.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with student information systems (ideally Banner) and work in admissions, a welcome center, or enrollment services position
Job Specific Task List:
- Assists with processes such as: confirmation of attendance process, changes of major, pending drop, waitlist, updating student records, and various other processes related to student accounts. Communicates deadlines and process questions and troubleshoots issues for front-line staff and faculty. - (Essential)
- Ensures accuracy of enrollment data in processing and resolves inconsistencies. - (Essential)
- Performs the manual processing of registration, changes of major, change of status forms, and entering of last date of attendance for student registration or enrollment changes that require special consideration due to registration deadlines/policies. - (Essential)
- Develops, maintains, and provides reports related to registration, call initiatives, and other enrollment-related activities for use in assessment of services and/or marketing lists for Office of College Advancement and other departments. - (Essential)
- Participates in and supports the no pay process. - (Essential)
- Provides guidance and troubleshooting for faculty, students and staff with problems related to records and registration. - (Essential)
- Supports the Enrollment Services team, including Admissions Records staff, with processes. - (Essential)
- Investigates and manages potential fraudulent accounts and fraudulent activity. - (Essential)
- May present about Enrollment Services responsibilities, projects, and initiatives to other college staff. - (Essential)
- Provides front-line customer service to students for student registration and enrollment issues. - (Essential)
