Job Summary: The Head Women’s Flag Football Coach will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing the women’s flag football program at HACC, ensuring the development of student-athletes both on and off the field. This includes overseeing all aspects of the program, including practice planning, competition strategy, recruitment, academic support, and fostering a positive and competitive team environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to the success of student-athletes and the mission of HACC and the NJCAA. 

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Licensing Requirements: Valid Driver's License; Must Comply with PA ACT-15 Licenses

Hiring Range: $6,000-$10,000

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience coaching youth or recreational flag football teams.
Experience in developing practice plans and game strategies.
Knowledge of advanced tactics and techniques in flag football.

Job Type: Part-Time (less than 1,000 hours)
