Job Summary: The Coordinator, Transportation and Logistics is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and operational oversight of the College’s Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training programs. This position ensures high-quality instruction, regulatory compliance, and program growth through effective supervision of instructional staff, strategic partnerships with industry, and efficient management of resources. The Coordinator plays a key role in workforce development by aligning training programs with regional employer needs and supporting student recruitment, retention, and completion.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years experience.*Or a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Such as those listed

Licensing Requirements:
Valid CDL license (Class A preferred) with a clean driving record.

Hiring Range: $57,469-$64,500
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or CDL training.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
Knowledge of CDL regulations and workforce training requirements.
Experience in a community college or workforce development environment.
Experience developing contract training or employer partnerships.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
