Job Summary: Evening/weekend supervisor that covers when the full-time staff are out and helps with game days. 

Minimum Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience.*Or a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Such as those listed above.
Current CPR and First Aid Certification

Licensing Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License

Job Specific Task List:

  • Responsible for set-up and tear-down for special and scheduled events during scheduled shift. - (Essential)
  • Assist in solving potential problems occurring during special or scheduled activities. - (Essential)
  • Is a first responder in the event of an accident or incident occurring in Evans. Completes coinciding paperwork and informs designated individuals of the situation. - (Essential)
  • Fill-in as necessary for game day staff. - (Essential)
  • Responsible for facility use data collecting regarding use of facility during scheduled shift. - (Essential)
  • Responsible for nightly report, closing procedures of the facility and equipment storage during scheduled shift. - (Essential)
  • Enforces College policies for Evans Center. Monitors facility and check-in process. - (Essential)
  • Solves conflicts in a positive and professional manner. - (Essential)
  • Supervises front desk, weight room and lifeguard staff during scheduled shift. - (Essential)
  • Assist Director in developing and evaluating policies and procedures. - (Essential)
  • Responsible for daily staff and facility schedule during scheduled shift. - (Essential)
  • Monitors and reports facility repairs or improvements needed. - (Essential)
  • Other duties as described. - (Standard)

Job Type: Part-Time (less than 1,000 hours)

Pennsylvania Work Location Requirement: All work, teaching, meetings, and activities related to this position must be performed within the State of Pennsylvania. This position does not offer a remote work option.
