This is a school-year position scheduled to work mid-August to mid-May. There is potential to teach additional courses each semester and during the summer term for pay in addition to the base salary.
The position will be based on HACC’s Harrisburg Campus and may also teach courses on-campus at other HACC campus locations.
This position will teach courses covering a variety of topics including theory and hands-on skills to prepare students for roles as technicians who can maintain, repair, and manage mechanical, electrical, electronic, fluid power, and automation control systems.
Full-time faculty are responsible for teaching, student academic advising, professional development, and service to the college and the department, which includes serving on committees, participating in assessment of curriculum, and supporting equity-minded student success initiatives.
