| Instructors are hired to teach specific classes or programs that are scheduled and taught at various times throughout the calendar year. In addition to providing classroom or on-line instruction, adjunct faculty may also provide program support and/or develop, modify or customize new or existing curriculum and lesson plans in accordance with College and Department curriculum requirements and quality standards. Adjunct faculty may also participate in firing range operations. The applicant must hold current certifications for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as an EMT, emergency vehicle operator, and be currently certified in BLS CPR. This position requires operation of motor vehicle as part of the job duties.
