Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree and 2 years experience. *Or a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Such as those listed above.

Licensing Requirements: Valid's driver's license

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in PA adult education, testing, or administrative support
Familiarity with test administration (CASAS, TABE, NRS, and/or WorkKeys testing)
Evidence of attention to detail

Job Specific Task List:

  • Administer standardized assessments including: TABE (Test of Adult Basic Education); CASAS (Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems); NRS-approved Work Keys assessments - (Essential)
  • Ensure secure, consistent, and confidential test administration following state and program guidelines - (Essential)
  • Maintain accurate and organized testing records for all examinees - (Essential)
  • Enter student assessment data into the Pennsylvania Adult Education e-Data system; complete data entry accurately and with attention to detail - (Essential)
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with instructional and administrative staff - (Essential)
  • Track student progress and assessment schedules in compliance with National Reporting System (NRS) requirements - (Essential)
  • Provide occasional assistance with student intake, orientation, and support services as needed - (Essential)
  • Participate in periodic training and certification updates for test administration and data entry systems - (Essential)
  • Work collaboratively with others; provide excellent communication and customer service skills - (Essential)
  • Adhere to applicable College policies and procedures; adhere to reporting, data entry, and testing standards as required - (Essential)
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with examinee scores and situations - (Essential)
  • Perform other duties as assigned - (Standard)

Job Type: Part-Time (less than 1,000 hours)
