This position will be open until filled. 

Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating partnership activities for career and technical education (CTE) programs including the TechLink Consortium, articulation agreement work, special population programming, professional development planning and CTE program support. Responsible for assisting Director of High School Partnerships with coordination of Perkins grant-related projects and initiatives. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree and 3 years of experience, or a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Licensing Requirements: Valid Driver's License Required.

Hiring Range: $22.06 - $27.58

Preferred Qualifications: -Experience/knowledge in Career and Technical Education
-Experience with project management and event planning

Job Specific Task List:

  • Create, oversee and track necessary paperwork, both internal and external, for all SOAR and local articulation agreements between HACC and regional Career & Technical Centers within HACC’s 11 county service region, including pursuing new agreements annually. - (Essential)
  • Coordinate and maintain all necessary paperwork for annual renewal/updates for SOAR Program of Study agreements and Local Articulation agreements under Perkins V. - (Essential)
  • Coordinate CTE program approval through the CATs system and complete annual updates in both the CATs system and on collegetransfer.net. - (Essential)
  • Coordinate comprehensive schedules for all TechLink partners for CTE Advocacy Days at State Capitol annually. - (Essential)
  • Coordinate all necessary planning for CTE student campus visits related to Perkins V alignment activities including hands-on activities, program visits, shadowing hours, mentorship meetings, curriculum lessons and comprehensive agendas. - (Essential)
  • Coordinate CTE professional development opportunities for HACC and high school partners focused on pathway building, special populations, career exploration and other Perkins relevant topics. - (Essential)
  • Provide coordination assistance for all TechLink consortium meetings and special programming events. - (Essential)
  • Coordinate communications, training and collaboration between HACC and regional CareerLinks to ensure WIOA compliance. - (Essential)
  • Coordinate outreach and education efforts related to National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity (NAPE) membership and equity needs at HACC for its CTE programs and CTE faculty. - (Essential)
  • Performs other duties as assigned. - (Standard)

Job Type: Part-time, Non-Exempt

If part time, hours per week: 20-25 hours per week
