Coordinates and oversees Government 3rd party billing for credit students according to Federal, State and College Regulations. Responsible for reconciling, verifying, analyzing, reporting and collecting vendor accounts. Incumbents responsibilities include record keeping; reviewing accounts for accuracy; and reviewing and preparing data and accounts for auditing. Verifying accounts with multiple sources of funding and adjusting contracts when appropriate. Provide system and student account support to college wide staff in accordance with policies and procedures as related to all areas of accounts receivable, specializing in third-party invoicing for private employers and federal and state agencies. Responsible for knowing state and federal regulations as they pertain to student and vendor accounts, including Title IV regulations.
Technician, User Support (Apprenticeship Track) Harrisburg, PA
