The Welcome Center provides a progressive and simplified student experience to support successful enrollment, retention, and completion. By assisting with information, essential services, and the removal of barriers, these employees serve to encourage students and smooth the path for continued progress at HACC. This position delivers exceptional student centered, culturally responsive, start-to-finish one-stop experience in the college-wide Welcome Centers.
This position directly supports student efforts to successfully transition to the College and reach their academic goals, providing guidance to applicants and students who need additional support to navigate complex enrollment situations. This position will be an integral part of the Welcome Center and will be cross-trained in multiple functions of several Student Affairs and Enrollment Management Offices. |
Assistant Director, Employer Partnership

The Assistant Director of Employer Partnership is responsible for creating, implementing, and growing the College’s partnerships with employers for the purpose of 1) increasing work-based learning opportunities for HACC students, and 2) increasing job placements of HACC students and alumni. With the priority of increasing connections and improving touchpoints between HACC faculty/students/alumni and employers in HACC’s key service area (Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, York and Adams counties). |
Associate Dean, School of Business, Technology and Industry

The Associate Dean reports to the Executive Dean and works closely with and support assigned faculty and staff within their unit in the School of Business, Technology and Industry. The Associate Dean will ensure that assigned academic and instructional services are of high quality, effective for student learning and responsive to the college and community. The Associate Dean will support the Executive Dean with the School’s unit planning, program evaluation, identifying new program initiatives, development of funding sources such as grants, outreach, enrollment management and interdisciplinary initiatives.
The Associate Dean will participate in the shared governance of the college; and contribute positively to HACC's intellectual and collegial atmosphere. The Associate Dean represents the unit in institutional activities and initiatives, works with colleagues from other educational organizations, businesses and community organizations.
Under the direction of the Executive Dean, the Dean provides leadership and oversight for Business and Computer disciplines within the School of Business, Technology, and Industry. The Associate Dean has first-line responsibilities for all employees within their assigned area, contributes to the unit's annual budget planning, manages assigned budgets, and oversees the development of the unit schedule and the class assignment of faculty, staff, and faculty evaluations. The Associate Dean facilitates the development of new programs and the ongoing assessment of existing programs and curricula. |
Executive Director, Financial and Support Services

The executive director of financial and support services leads the Financial and Support Services Department. This department processes contributions to the HACC Foundation, coordinates HACC Foundation emergency assistance funding for students, coordinates HACC Foundation scholarships and other tuition-related funding for HACC students, manages the donor management system (Raiser’s Edge) for the HACC Foundation and coordinates the annual financial audits for the HACC Foundation. The executive director evaluates, recommends and ensures good internal processes are in place and being followed; ensures compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations; and ensures compliance with HACC and HACC Foundation policies and procedures. The executive director supervises, mentors and provides technical assistance to full-time and part-time employees and provides overall department backup and support as needed. |
